Improved searching and filtering, general usability improvements and a "weekly summary email".

Search Improvements

• Searching by ABN on the "Contractors" screen now ignores spaces

• Search the Tasks list screen by task "Title"

• The task list can now be filtered by "due date" using a date range

Other Enhancements

• It's now easier to add multiple trades to a contractor

• Weekly summary report implemented

• Tasks are no longer generated when adding a compliance item to a contractor manually

• The Trades Monitor format export now adds compliance exclusion info to the "sSM2TM" column

• Contractors now open in a new browser tab for admin users
