A number of changes implemented based on feedback from the TradeVerify team.
Add compliance document statuses for "Blocked" and "No Contact".
Where compliance documents are missing files set their value to "Not compliant" in reports.
The default "start" & "expiry" dates for a compliance document now default to "01/01/2000".
Compliance documents can't be set to "Verified" unless a file is attached.
The status of a compliance document is now included in the Trade Monitor csv format export.
If there is no file attached to a compliance document it is not included in the Trade Monitor csv format export.
