A few extra filters, the ability to exclude contractors from compliance checks and a few tweaks.

• Ability to filter the contractors list screen by client and trade.

• Ability to exclude a contractor from the compliance check process.

• Ability to add a compliance document that has no "Start" or "End" date.

• Truncate the Trade Monitor format csv files sTrade column to 50 characters.

• Workcover compliance items now have the "Start" and "End" date defaulting to the current tax year.
